Important Timeline Information:

To have a better understanding of when your upgrade will become effective, please read.

It's not only dependent on when you sign up on this webpage, but when you complete your Onboarding Form (which includes uploading your (e)mailing list).

If you upgrade -and complete your form- on or before the 25th of this month, your first campaign on the upgraded bundle service will begin next month.

If you upgrade -and complete your form- after the 25th of this month, your first campaign on the upgraded bundle service will begin the month after next.

Example scenarios:

  • Upgrade on Nov 16 & complete Onboarding Form by Nov 20th, your first campaign will begin in December.
  • Upgrade on Nov 16 & complete Onboarding Form on Nov 27th, your first campaign will begin in January.
  • Upgrade on Nov 27 & complete Onboarding Form on Nov 27th, your first campaign will begin in January.

What to Expect Next Now That You've Upgraded

Onboarding

You'll receive an email with a link to your onboarding form. Even though you have filled out one for your previous subscription, now is a good time to make sure all information is up to date so we have it compiled into one consistent file. Please fill that out as soon as you can.

Once that is complete, you'll receive a link to book your Onboarding Call. This is a 30 minute video Zoom - we will review your form, discuss any questions and obtain any missing information. A video call is best in case I need to walk you through verifying any domains in Mailchimp (if applicable) and getting everything finalized.
